We hope you'll join us here, in the majestic and beautiful Smoky Mountains. We've been coming here for years, as a matter of fact, and have always found more to do than time to do it all.

From horseback riding to hiking the trails, from the motor tours to car shows, and even the Christmas lights that brighten up the winter nights, there's more here than meets the eye, and what meets the eye is pretty spectacular.

You'll find many ways to explore the Smokies. If you like shopping, there's the craft trail on Hwy 321 outside of Gatlinburg that offers gift shops and studios from some of the most talented artists and craftspeople around. You'll find the same in Cherokee and many other places in the Smoky Mountains. If you like exploring and you don't want to explore the shops, why not go on the Roaring Fork motor trail, or hike to rainbow falls. There are live shows, mountain golf, and even an Aquarium (Ripley's to be exact). See what I mean, there's so much to do!

Whether you're getting up at sunrise to trek across the Blue Ridge Parkway to see the mountains rise out of the mist, or sleeping in to enjoy a quiet morning on the porch before a day of shopping or sightseeing, there's nothing like the mountain air to clear the mind and rejuvenate the soul. Come to the Smoky Mountains, and awake the explorer in you!
